The Legal Department for Genesis Global Group is staffed by seven (7) full time attorneys, providing legal services to an array of entities and institutes, specializing in the fields of molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, and biotechnology.
We are seeking a Legal Intern to work in-house at GGG's corporate headquarters in Hamilton, NJ.
Job Duties:
Assist with the review and creation of letters, contracts, and other legal documents Provide administrative and organization support for corporate-related projects Conduct legal research as needed Assist with special projects as needed Perform related job duties as required
Qualifications:
Anticipated Paralegal certification/license preferred Some experience preferred Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook and Excel Ability to perform legal research using the Internet and other research tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem solving ability Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and enthusiasm to see projects through to completion Recommended Skills Administration Communication Contract Management Interpersonal Skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
