Responsibilities:
Actively maintains a caseload of clients and provides / administers a variety programs, sessions, activities, events, etc.
designed to improve the outcomes of today's youth in school, at home and in the future.
Hosts individual 1 on 1, small group and larger group activities and sessions (preplanned)Maintains regular communication with caseload, parents, management, etc.
Meticulously documents events, activities and caseload notes as neededWorks closely with other designated staff with those receiving any medication but does not dispense Bilingual Program Clinician - Youth Services Requirements:
Licensed and non-licensed (LSW) candidates with post-high school education will be considered.
Note:
those without a college degree definitely should apply (we are big and may have other similar job openings!!) Prefer:
Licensed Social Worker (not required).
Seeking at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited US college or university, Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, Psychology, etc.
a huge plus! (not required)At least six (6) MONTHS working at another social service related program or non-profit organization, prefer minimum of one (1) year related working experience such as in the field of mental health, elementary education, psychology, sociology, addiction, self wellness/health, any other social science field, etc.
Ability to problem solve and work independently.
Excellent computer and organization skills a must.
Non-complainer, go-getter personality.
