Position
Summary:
Center for Family Services is seeking a full time Bilingual Clinician to work in our Outpatient Department to work with our Spanish speaking population in their first language.
The Outpatient Department is located in Absecon, New Jersey.
The position utilizes a hybrid model of treatment providing both telehealth and in office services.
The Bilingual Clinician will also provide community outreach to local organizations that service the Hispanic population and will assist with referral and linkage to community resources.

Full Time Duties and
Responsibilities:
Clinician will maintain a caseload of clients and provide treatment in the Client's first language in a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family.
The Bilingual Clinician will also assist with translating information during psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related Master's Degree in the field of mental health along with a valid New Jersey license to practice; LCSW, LPC, LMFT is required, LCADC preferred but not required.
Must have experience working with a variety of mental health issues.
Must be knowledgeable in assessment, evidence-based treatment, treatment planning, diagnosis, and discharge planning.
Must be able to complete documentation independently, accurately, and adhere to timeframes.
Excellent computer and organizational skills a must.
