Oversee and direct construction projects to completion Complete knowledge of residential and Commercial construction Proficient computer skills:
Microsoft Office & Excel Full and in-depth knowledge of construction drawings.
Complete Projects On Budget, Schedule & Per Contract Manage Project Budget and ensure Accurate Job Costing Client Relationships - Meet Customer Expectations Change Order Management & Documentation Procure & Write Work Orders Procure & Order Project Materials Pro-Actively Communicate Status of Project to Customer & Upper management Subcontractor Supervision, Management, Scheduling, Quality Control Oversee Architect/Engineering Revisions Make Sure Change Orders and Drawings Are Accurate Project Quality Control Ensure Accurate Costs & Tracking Manage Contract & Documentation Requirements Manage Permit Requirements Have ability to estimate all construction divisions within residential construction Requirements:
5 years residential, commercial, deep foundation construction experience as a superintendent or project Manager Valid driver's license Experience with House lifting concrete, pilings, deep foundations, structural repair, Commercial General Construction Organized Self Starter/ Self motivated Team Player Job Type:
