Additionally, you will assist with financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis.

ResponsibilitiesAssist the General Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing proceduresCoordinate and supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional serviceTrain, develop, and motivate staff to deliver impeccable customer service and achieve performance targetsMaintain an atmosphere of professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork among staff membersEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsAssist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitabilityOversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of suppliesRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industryStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practicesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to build and maintain a high-performance teamProficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)About the Company:
