Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette is a must.
The ideal candidate must work well under pressure, have strong multi-tasking skills, be detailed oriented and willing to travel between offices.
Reliability and punctuality is a must, and there is opportunity for growth within the company.

Duties & Responsibilities -Welcome patients and families into the practice -Schedule appointments for patients -Answer a multi-line phone -Take payments -Organize and handle paperwork -Manage mailings - Manage communications to patients and dentists -The ability to complete all tasks and duties assigned to front office personnel -Perform other duties as assigned Job Types:
