Sales Support
Overview:
You will work with our Sales Department to ensure all leads and sales are being tracked. Assist the Sales Team taking leads, setting appointments, and creating proposals. Assist the Sales Manager in all daily tasks as assigned. Duties will also include documenting conversations and information from Solar Consultants and customers and creating sales and marketing reports.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Generate proposals
Follow up with Customers after sale
Follow up with Solar Consultants on leads, proposals and sales results
Troubleshoot customer service issues
Administrative support including filing, organization, answering and routing phone calls
Requirements: Full-time 40 hour position Monday-Friday 11am - 7:30pm
Experience working in office environment
Experience working in customer service environment
Experience working in sales environment
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Completely tech savvy
Highly organized with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks
Must have outstanding attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office programs is required
CRM experience a must
