Service Delivery Manager

This Princeton managed service providing powerhouse is looking to bring on an experienced Service Delivery Manager that can ramp up their service team. Being one of the larger managed service providers in the area, they've built lasting client relations with some of the most well-known names in the country, as well as constant business development working with local/ non-local companies. The managed service space is swift and ever-changing, so a role like this requires someone who is passionate, motivated, and have the drive to run a successful team. Overseeing a team of roughly eight individuals, this manager will be responsible for the project management of the team, as well as proactively reacting to urgent incoming tickets. Having a technical background will be required for this type of position, but from a day-to-day perspective, you will not be hands-on addressing technical issues. There will be a fair share of assistance with the team, but no direct hands-on technical responsibilities. The technical background required for this role will be heavily emphasized with Windows 7,10, active directory, group policy, O365, VMware, and Citrix. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
